Walki’s broad range of automotive skins are appreciated for their ability to solve technical challenges when light weight and acoustic performance is required in various interior and exterior trims. Our thermoformable automotive skins with high stiffness which can also act as an acoustic insulation or an ultimate layer that will adhere to even the most stubborn surfaces.
Walki also produces packaging materials for corrugated and solid board boxes for car parts.
 Headliners From integrating LED lighting to offering sound and vibration damping, headliners also provide passenger safety in the event of a crash. Our automotive skins for headliners are used in a foam/nonwoven/decorative-layer composite structure that combines functionality and design.
Walki®EasySeal Walki®EasySeal is an automotive headliner skin with a very good PU foam barrier combined with good adhesion. Easily thermoformable with an anti-squeak finish.
Walki®FeatherForm Walki®FeatherForm is a glass veil-reinforced automotive skin. Its high stiffness teamed with substantial weight reduction makes it an ideal material to be used in dry headliner systems. It has a very good PU barrier while offering an excellent adhesion.
Walki®Reflect When temperature control is very important in the car interior a better heat insulation can provid it. Walki®Reflect provides a heat reflection for better thermal insulation, lower fuel consumption or longer battery live. Thermoformable automotive skin applicable in both wet and dry headliner systems.
 Hoodliner Hood insulation is typically made of a thin layer of material with sound-deadening properties. The effectiveness of this acoustic barrier is dependent on its ability to convert sound waves into heat energy. Our Walki®FeatherForm high temperature-resistant glass veil reinforced skin, together with the special acoustic barrier, helps to dampen the noise of the engine so that neither those in the car, nor those outside it, would be disturbed. In addition, it ensures that the paint on the hood lasts longer.

Trunkload Floor The structure of a beehive, with its hexagonal honeycomb structure, is one of the strongest known in the world. The honeycomb core, when engineered into load flooring, is a composite that has an efficient strength-to-weight ratio. Walki's automotive skins allow for further weight reduction of the trunk load floors via the very thin glass veil/polymer design, while simultaneously improving the visual appearance.

Underbody shields are specifically designed to protect the bottom part of the car, especially the engine, from water, mud, rocks, and road debris always and from all angles. It also ensures that noise coming from the roadside does not penetrate the interior of the vehicle. Mastering sound absorption at high frequencies, we offer superior, lightweight acoustic performance of finished parts when combined with conventional absorbers.
Walki®FeatherForm Walki®FeatherForm is an automotive skin used as an acoustic roadside barrier in vehicles. It provides excellent chemical, moisture and oil resistance. Its good dimensional stability allows an easy mounting on the car and its light weight contributes to a better fuel efficiency. Walki Sustainable UBS Mono A more sustainable version of underbody shields that can be recycled due to its mono material nature and no presence of glass fibre. This new automotive skin improves part integrity, especially under off-road conditions. The material is thermoformable and provides further light weighting possibilities with a freedom of part design.
Carpet Backing
We offer a broad range of automotive skins which provide an excellent adhesion of the different components of a car carpet and serve as multifunctional barriers. They improve the acoustic absorption performance of the carpet eliminating the mechanical noise and vibration generated by engine components, as well as from the roadside.
Walki®EasySeal Walki®EasySeal is a automotive skin product range that is used in various car carpet applications. We do have the solution for all existing carpet types. This automotive skin improves the chemical and mechanical adhesion to deco and back felt. Is easily thermoformable and acts as an acoustic insulation. Through its air tight behavior it is providing PU bleed through barrier. Packaging for Components When packing automotive parts it is in many cases important to have non-scratching, grease proof and absorbing surface.
Walki®Line Aqua Barrier liner for corrugated boxes for packing of mechanical spare parts . The material is moisture and water resistant. This barrier material can be made with different kind of sustainable solutions. Walki®Line Soft Walki®Line Soft is used both in corrugated and solid board boxes for packaging of scratch sensitive products. It has a good moisture barrier and an absorbing surface. This barrier material can be made with different kind of sustainable solutions. Walki®Line Ultra Barrier liner for corrugated boxes for packing automotive components and spare parts .
